Your messy, brilliant, imperfect human is showing.
And thank God for that.
Because in a world obsessed with "more,"
there is something deeply radical about being real.
Being tender.
Being alive to your own life.
Look around.
The life you're living today β
at one point, it felt out of reach.
The life you built.
The impact you make.
The resilience you've earned through every hard choice,
every unseen battle.
You dreamed of this.
And now you're here.
But if you're anything like meβ
your mind is always scanning for what's next.
Measuring what's missing.
Beating yourself up for not being "further."
Youβre not behind.
Youβre not late.
Youβre not broken.
You're just human.
And being human takes practice.
Practice choosing presence over pressure.
Practice noticing what's good instead of what's lacking.
Practice being kind and compassionate to yourself.
Practice letting yourself be proud before rushing off to the next summit.
Today, I hope you give yourself a permission slip.
Permission to be in the moment you once fought so hard for.
Permission to be proud of who youβve become.
Permission to love yourself, even in the middle of the climb.
Permission to love the life you haveβwhile you build the life youβre creating.
You can want more and love what you have.
You can be hungry for growth and full of gratitude.
Both can be true.
Breathe it in today.
Exhale the parts of you that want βperfectβ.
You are doing better than you think.
You are already living parts of the dream.
Love yourself through it.
Let your human show.
Itβs the most beautiful part of you.
Let it land.
Until next week,
β€οΈ Mandy
P.S. Drop me a noteβhit reply and share one thing youβre practicing today.
Iβd love to hear. πΏ
